Refunds and Returns

Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final.

We do our best to represent each piece accurately through photography, but colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece, please feel free to reach out before placing your order. 

Return Requests

If you believe there is an issue with your order and would like to discuss a possible return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mishalmohanart.com.

  • All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for all related shipping charges.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Damages and Lost Shipments

All orders are insured through our shipping providers. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email hello@mishalmohanart.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your confirmation email to ensure your address is accurate.

  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact us within 5 business days so we can assist with the shipping provider’s claims process. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for issues reported beyond that window.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.
